First off, you're not a hack. You're a gifted writer and mother (and wife) and you're scared shitless. My right arm has been in a permanent state of paresthesia for the past two months. My right hand is essentially useless. Who knows when, or if, the tingling will stop and I'll have 'normal' use of my arm? Everyone I know has something going on. It's scary.
