I don't know how much of Exit interview is true or how much is filler, but it rings to some truth. It is well-documented that Amazon treats their employees like crap. They stopped their "work for us" ad campaign because people called them out on it. The people who are hired in as drivers and warehouse employees have a shelf-life of about three years - and that's Amazon's policy. I find that even at the most progressive of companies, there is rampant sexism, bigotry and ageism. Hell, the CEO of Goodwill makes millions, while the employees make less than a Chinese sweat-shop worker.
