Don't shop at Krogers, Meijers, Whole Foods, etc. Stock up on Rice, soups and the like. Cook your meat and chicken as much at once. No Crypto. Or any of that shit. Bonds. Stop watching 'reality' TV. Pay off your credit cards on a monthly basis. Or don't use them at all. Unscubscribe from all politicial emails. Stop watching CNN, MSNBC and those 'other' news channels. Stop supporting billionaire sports owners who want customers, not fans in their taxpayer-funded stadiums. Same goes with Big-time college sports. Alabama, Michigan, LSU and the like don't need your money. Read more. Practice un-religion. Take fewer showers, more sleep.
