This is the 'cross-district busing' issue from the 1970's all over again. Boston, Pontiac (where old L. Brooksie built his power from), even places like Yankton, South Dakota (replace 'Blacks' with 'Indians'), the same words were used. "Lower property values," "The wrong kind of people," still get used today. Most people are either too lazy, racist or bigoted to care. You failed to mention the discrimination suit against Fred was defended by Roy Cohn. Much like Nixon, we're never going to be rid of him.
