You know what the problem is? It's a loss of community. When I was growing up in the 60s, we knew everybody on our block. Today, I've lived in the same place for 16-plus years and hardly know anyone. (It doesn't help there's a language barrier) They don't bother me, I don't bother them. I recently met with my landlord and asked to move. We'll see.
